Your registration with the full payment or deposit is required for course registration and is non-refundable. Your registration will not be valid and confirmed until your course deposit(s) have been received. There are no refunds given for workshops or any other training programs unless approved by Effortless 10 LLC in writing. Credit will be applied to any future program. Effortless 10 LLC  must be notified at least 72 hours in advance of any cancellation in order to be credited for any future programs. There are no credits or refunds for “No Shows” the day of the scheduled training. Deposit fees may be transferred to another individual, or to another training date. Should it be necessary for Effortless 10 LLC Training to cancel a program, a full refund of the registration fee will be refunded. We understand if you need to cancel due to unforeseen emergencies.  Any payments that were nonrefundable, like airline tickets, hotel reservation, car rental etc. will be billed to you for the cancellation.

Effortless 10 LLC Training shall not be responsible for monies registrants may have spent on non-refundable airline tickets, related travel costs, claims for lost wages, or hotel accommodations in the event a course is cancelled or sold out. The trainee is responsible for any and all model scheduling. We do not guarantee any number of models for the training of trainees as the training location is not within our control. We reserve the right to refuse registration from any attendee. Agendas and course instructors are subject to change.

 

Effortless 10 LLC Training consistently adds new programs throughout the year. Effortless 10 LLC Training shall not be liable for any claims, losses, costs, expenses, delays or loss or enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, instructor no- shows without notice to Effortless 10 LLC Training resulting in cancellation of program, hurricanes or weather conditions, or damages to persons or property arising out of or connected to this function.

Enrollment in a training does not guarantee that a technician is sufficiently trained to perform a procedure. The technician will receive a certificate of achievement but this does not imply, nor is it intended to indicate competence to perform any procedures. Any additional training that is requested will require an additional fee.

Our recommendations are based on many textbooks, published articles, seminars and practical knowledge and experience.
